  2. PappyMan true, but people will consistently organize into political parties reguardless. The main question is how many of those and how representative of the voters are the ones likely to arise from your election system.

  3. Pat Hacker no one thing, including public financing of elections is. It will take many significant changes to fix our elections, but changing from our current voting system is a large one of those.
