  1. @cringey kid  The scale of space doesn't scare me, but there's no way I'd actually want to go there. I'm quite happy to admire it from the relative safety of the bottom of this gravity well with lots of atmosphere and a powerful magnetosphere above me. I'm not getting into a tin can to blast off into an irradiated vacuum full of micrometeorites where the lack of gravity will basically cause my body to start eating itself, but I'll happily learn about it from down here.
