  1. Yeah, his actions meet even fairly strict definitions of terrorism, so he's gotta know it's better to shut up and take the hit to his bank account than provide more evidence.

  2. I mean, if providing more evidence would open him up to criminal prosecution for, say, terrorism (which his actions could easily fall under the definition of), this could easily be his best move as it keeps things in civil rather than criminal court. Pretty simple, really.
