  1. An easy compromise is to shift your mindset to eating less meat and viewing it more like a treat (especially if you like beef) than something that makes a meal. I only eat about 4 (real, not American) servings of meat per week and that just comes from changing how I look at it from something I need to a treat I enjoy and am thankful for.
