It just so happens that most conservative men in America are white, but go to a country where there's a different racial majority and suddenly it'll be a different color of guys who are disproportionately doing it. What won't change is that it'll be the conservative men who are the worst offenders (unless we're counting fascists, in which case conservative men will be the second worst offenders).
