  3. @AhmetTekin; Evidence 1) China has shown the world the taped Philippines promise to remove the boat. Evidence 2) Marcos reneged that promise. Conclusion: Cannot believe Philippines. Conclusion: Whatever we, USA, promised to Philippines need not follow through. Plus: Marcos is scared of warring against China. What a bunch of chickens.
