Codes of Conducts to resolve the overlapping in South China Sea is signed by Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and China. Philippines is the only signatory holdout of this peace contract in the ASEAN neighborhood. In reality, everyone figures once dumbobo marcos takes his Filipino billions back to his American citizenship. Philippines will finally sign and South China Sea neighborhood will be quiet and peaceful.

You’re not. 2) UNCLOS’ EEZ is ONLY ocean affairs outwardly of UN recognized borderline. 3) The 2016 court was paid for by private party, Philippines. Of course, it ruled for the paying party. So??? 4) Philippines paid $30 millions for rented off-hour court and judges. When duterte got the bill of 30 mil. He was mad, for Philippines didn’t have that amount for an useless piece of paper.
