  2. @yeroca, BRI just had a ten year meeting, 149 countries attended, 149 countries! I don’t remember anyone country on this planet can have this much clouts, not us, USA. BRI official data showed about an initial failure rate of one in seven, due mainly to local corruption, which is one of Xi’s speech point here. I’m wondering how is China going to resolve this local corruption issue in order for even better success rate.
