And that’s been 70+ years without Filipino legal challenges. And it’s way past the time-allowance for legal challenge.

What matters is China, the country, had a constitutional 9th dashline borderline written in 1948. And like all legitimately registered countries, filed a legal map of it with UN in 1952. That’s legally claimed map of 9th dashline borderline filed with UN in 1952. With NO legal challenges against it in the time allowed. Recently, they filed an addendum to the 10th dashline borderline. Only adding the water to the east of Taiwan. Have respect to facts on this platform, stop spewing lies.

UN is consisted of all the country on this planet, its rules are the only international laws.

  8. @gogreen; I’ll repeat the same, this time. 1) It’s UN rules that every legitimate country files a mapped legal borderline. 2) Within official deadline, every country can file an official challenge to dispute the borderline. 3) China filed the 9th dashline borderline in 1952, without any challenges. And it’s been their borderline for 70+ years. 4) UNCLOS is a different issue. It’s an ocean affairs, EEZ issue from borderline outward. 5) The overlapping EEZ is being resolved with the contracts of Codes of Conducts in the South China Sea neighborhood. Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Brunei and China, all signed. And Philippines is the final signature, the holdout of peacefulness in the SCS. Respect facts on this platform, stop lying. They just filed the 10th dashline, only adding water to the east of Taiwan.

As an example, sabah is a border issue between Malaysia and Philippines. 3) The South China Sea have overlapping eez. And therefore South China Sea Codes of Conducts was negotiated and achieved. Right now, Philippines is the odd boy screwing up peace in the hood.
