@hariman7727 How was a human being that lived a satire. A satire of what? If you're in the West, your entire moral framework is from what you're calling a satire. I'd love for you to explain what He was a satire of.

@greaser1945 Presbyterian seems to be the worst about it. To be completely fair to that group, they've split and only part of it does it and part of it doesn't. I grew up in a non denominational church that was very strict. If it didn't say it in the Bible, we didn't do it.

@Unrealchamp88 I wouldn't call it a strawman. I'd call it a misunderstanding of life. Absolute a lack of humility and a huge ego as far as humans are concerned. A face to face confrontation with death changes that. You really understand just how silly us humans are. Which is something our ancestors did often that unfortunately doesn't occur much in modern day until it's too late to do anything with your newfound understanding.

@taliawtf6944 Marxism has nothing to do with Christianity. Marx wasn't a Christian. He was Jewish. This means any semblance of the Bible he might of incorporated came from the Old Testament which other than the 10 Commandments, Christians aren't bound by. The first thing done to accomplish Communism is destroy the Church and make Christianity illegal. Your "religion is the problem" makes no sense because the outlaw it to prevent the people from having anything above the state. Religion prevents it.

@musthaveacamel2157 Thank you for not watching the video and being a part of the problem. Does saying that make you feel better about yourself? I've always wondered why people feel the need to attack someone's faith instead of simply leave them alone. You've got to get some type of satisfaction out of it. Or are you just stuck at the mental age of a teenager?

@korkyybuchek6133 That Churches are having men dressed in drag come in and pray or even teach. Even before that the whole "God is love" push and presenting God as this pushover that will just forgive anything as long as you simply say oops. It's much more complicated than that. They like to leave out that my God is also a vengeful God. They'll skip the fire and brimstone side if God.

@Moccy. I hate to tell you, we're all still going to die. You're still going to die of some disease even if it's not a plague. Your little rambling proves nothing and none of that changed much in the grand scheme of life. All you've proven is humans attempting to defeat death and fail everytime. Edit: Before you claim it reduced suffering, not really. It just delayed it to occur at a later date. That's the reality of everything you think is a huge deal. Now instead of maybe suffering in that way, we've condemned ourselves to suffer in other way like forgetting your children. Living out your final days in a nursing home forgotten and alone.
