@somedud1140 You can't really go by that as Natives are a much smaller demographic than Irish. That's like saying the English have more metals than the Asians. Well, yeah. There's a lot more of them. You can't possibly know how many actually got medals because the government only recognizes the ones registered with it. 200 tribes don't have federal recognition but do state. Which means as far as the government is concerned, they aren't Native. Many simply refuse to register with the government like my father. He got medals in Vietnam, but since he wasn't a card carrying Native, they wouldn't be listed as being given to one. His father was full blooded Cherokee in Georgia. You have no idea what you're talking about while pretending like you do. Edit: You have to register with the government on top of being on the role of a federally recognized tribe to be listed as Native with the government. The government literally issues you a card. My grandmother's family, members of Virginia tribes which don't have federal recognition, have fought in every war since the Revolution.

As the wife of a local Union president who's father and grandfather were also union presidents, you can promise all the pro union "policies" you want. It doesn't mean crap when you're regulating out their jobs. I'm one of those Obama voters turned Trump voters. My first vote was for Ross Perot. Notice a pattern? It's been very strange to watch Democrats go from pro populist messaging like Obama (even though he wasn't one which is why I didn't vote for his 2nd term), to suddenly demonize populism. To the point they point to the evil Austrian mustache man. Populism in the US is how we've alway rooted out corruption. Corruption always builds up overtime in all governments. Populism is how we get rid of it. It tells me they don't want to get rid of it. If Trump does half of what's he's promised to the corrupt in the institutions, I'll go to New Orleans and throw a parade.

One of the only women in politics I'd currently vote for. And I'm a woman. If someone is going to be the first in history, they have to deserve it. They have to be unique. She absolutely fits the bill of what I've envisioned as the first. Strong, but feminine. I'm tired of female politicians trying to act, dress, and look like men.
