@Hirome_Satou Most Japanese acknowledge a ground invasion would have been necessary and very brutal. The Emperor combined with the deep sense of honor had been the basis for hundreds if not thousands of years at that point. As for the rest 100% agree. I've been saying don't start something you know you can't finish. The UN and US is partially to blame. Everytime they'd get hit everyone would immediately jump in calling for a ceasefire and Israel would comply without ever really hitting them back. I guess they figured no matter what they did Israel would bow to the UN and they'd protect them. Whoopsie.
