@Hirome_Satou The reconciliation is a different bill. It's a budget reconciliation that only needs a simple majority to pass. It's 3.5 trillion and the infrastructure bill is 1 trillion. It's doubtful the budget reconciliation will pass. That's where everything removed from the first infrastructure bill got moved to. I don't think the breathalyzer will be upheld by the courts because it's already punishment for breaking the law. Tracking chips can be removed or jam. One of the most troubling part that I see is that it creates Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as now government agencies and requires them to back bad credit loans which is what caused the 2008 crash.
