This is a normal cycle throughout our history. There have been times the system was far more corrupt than it is now. It always gets corrected by a similar movement by the people, even usually populous a one. Garfield is a similar example. He got elected on a populous wave, lost his second term because of similar reasons, and won again because people realized he was right. Even if it's not Trump in 4 years, it will be a populous candidate because these movements don't tend to stop until they reach their goal. Those educated in such matters say that if it succeeds, it will reinvigorate the US for 100-200 more years. I'm not implying to sit back and wait either. It takes the people standing up for this work. It also takes normal people running for office to fulfill the vision of the people.
