  2. As long as they don't cause physical harm yes. That's a morality or culture issue, not governmental one. Just like it's covered under free speech now. Just like we thought it was fine to be gay when the religious right tried to make it illegal and we thought censoring rap and heavy metal was wrong by the left. Thought police is never a good idea.

  5. I'm not Styx, but I'm pretty sure it has to do with private property rights. I don't support it because we'd run out of room and if it's not controlled it would tank the economy.

  11. I never voted for the party. I've just voted as an independent and went with whoever best represented my ideals. That depended on what was going on at the time and what issues were most relevant.

  12.  @enki6676  Libertarianism is what this country was founded on. It came about as an ideology during the enlightenment. While a party called Libertarian hasn't existed long, the idea is hundreds of years old. Classic liberal is libertarianism. Unimaginable information at the touch of your fingers and you know nothing of what you're attempting to sound educated about.

  13. Nope. More libertarians vote Republican now. The Pauls are the most libertarian that's been elected in awhile and they were/are Republicans though they identify as libertarian.
