The first part about misogyny was just incorrect. Women are the largest demographic currently attending college. If a girl if asked about her future she says she wants to get married instead of have a career, she'll be "set straight" not just by her peers but also by her teachers. Twitter was an excellent example of why more women aren't in tech. When Musk took over he gave everyone a choice. They could stay and work hard including overtime or they could leave and get a severance package. The photo of the tech team before that was mostly women, after that it was almost exclusively men. Women aren't held back by anyone. It makes total sense that the medical field would be dominated by women because it's taking care of people which women tend to find fulfilling. That's why nursing was a female field forever.

@stoyanb.1668 Why is that "worse" as in bad? People take what they're interested in or want to do. Clearly that's not engineering or physics. Considering Asian men tend to be the best at math seconded by white males, it's not surprising. Those are math heavy fields so those that enjoy it or excel in it would be who you want in it.
