@palladiamorsdeus It's real in the sense it's always changing. What's different is absolutely nothing they've predicted in the last 40 years has occurred. Some of us are old enough to remember when it was a coming ice age, then the ozone (which has repaired because come to find out it's just something that naturally occurs), then global warming (until people noticed it was getting cooler), now the dreaded climate change. The first "cause" was logging. Plant more trees to clean the air. Okay so we made everything plastic to keep from using as much timber. Now that the forests have increased they want to cut it all down to blanket the surface in solar panels and windmills. It's just constant attacks of a different industry every decade or so to keep the population in a state of anxiety for easier control and manipulation. There's a reason every solution proposed requires a massive extension of government to help. Edit: It's hilarious watching time after time the opposite of their predictions come true. Like the increase in natural disasters and storm strength, but the opposite has occurred. The news will scream climate change at every tropical storm while scientists make public statements correcting them.

@thevillageshaman It allows a 3rd party to take donations for a candidate and it's not regulated like normal campaign financing is. There's no donation limits, no requirement to disclose donors, ect. The only stipulation is that the candidates campaign not be in direct contact with those running the PAC. That's why you'll see commercials for a candidate that say "paid for by People for ____" rather than it being paid for by the campaign. That's an ad created by a PAC.

@rcdny Trump has carried a huge chunk of the independent vote. That's mostly were he got 10 million new ones in 2020. He has a huge overlap with the independents that put Obama in his first term.

@sherrykeeney7376 He's been going after and warning about ESG pretty much since Fink started pushing it.

@jefryt67 No. I'm not a raging leftist communist so nothing about him appeals to me.

@nhmooytis7058 He didn't come out of nowhere. You just didn't know about what he's been focused on because ESG was being pretty well hidden until very recently. It tells me a lot about someone and how they consume their information who says things like that. You don't know about things until they're in the mainstream discussion.
2
Yep. Most people didn't know about ESG though until fairly recently so he wouldn't have come up on their radar.

@SpeedyGaming WTF? They told them to research what a PAC is and you took it personally for some reason. Yes where and how someone gets their money is important and PACS allow candidates to hide that information and get around donation limitations intended to prevent the wealthy from buying candidates like Rockefeller and others did in the past. Everyone in America agrees where you're funding comes from is important except you it seems.

Oh no! Someone accepted a scholarship for school? The horror! Someone can be worth a certain amount, but that's not liquid funds. Meaning they'd have to sell everything they own to possibly have that much. It never would be that much because it's only worth what someone else will pay. It's hard to believe we're at the point that a student taking a scholarship without knowing or caring who it's from is now ammunition against them later. You're a leftist canceling someone for saying something that's now unacceptable 10 years ago. Chrissy Mayer is supposedly worth $1 million. She'll tell you right quick that's laughable. Net worth is meaningless.

To all the people in the comments damning Vivek because he accepted a scholarship for school from an organization that accepted money from George Soros's brother, really? That's where we are now? Even Jesus wouldn't be good enough because of who he associated with. You people are insane and just as bad as leftists. I feel sleazy just reading that crap. It's disgusting. What's worse is who's pushing this mess. Someone who claims to be a devout Christian yet at this point Jesus would say he doesn't know a single one of you because it's clear you'd reject him.

Jesus. So if my son every runs for anything every scholarship he accepted to attend school is going to be scrutinized? Is that really who you want to be? A leftist that cancels someone because they dared have a tiny connection to someone else? Why are you endorsing Forbes articles? I could write an article and say allegedly you touched a child. You couldn't sue me either because I used allegedly and because I bet you have indeed touched a child. It just wasn't in the way it would be taken by the audience. Edit: Scholarships are done by organizations. Pretty much nobody investigates or cares who's sending money to that organization. So it wouldn't have had Soros on any of the paperwork to get it, but some high school student now has to dig into that information on the off chance one day they MIGHT run for office? We're freaking doomed because even Jesus wouldn't be good enough because he associated with Judas.

@HotBoxnChevys If you listen to interviews with him, his main focus is ESG and it's destruction. Like it or not, he's correct that people lack purpose and our national identity has been destroyed. Unfortunately if you just even mention nationalism you're automatically a funny mustache man follower because he was all about nationalism. It's hilarious to me how we're more concerned almost 100 years later with saying anything he said than we were during or right after the war.
