  1. That is in response to his scenario of who gets power back first. Similar scenarios have occurred so there's already a plan in place for it. The posts referring to California is because a similar attack occurred there a few years ago and no one was ever caught. No one is saying it's not an attack. The propaganda is the press blaming one group or another when there is zero evidence of it. You just read comments and the title instead of watching the video and it shows.
