@youthfulcurmudgeon3627 So is Dee Snider. He has one decent take and everyone forgets he was in favor of lockdowns, forced vaccinations, and censoring anyone against those things.

Only to then praise censorship of "misinformation" during the pandemic. Dee Snider only cared because he was being censored. He's fine with it otherwise. Zappa and Denver had no skin in the game and pushed back. They're the ones deserving of praise. It was supposed to be Blackie Lawless but he had a conflict and couldn't make the hearing. He's still against censorship today.

@GoldenCroc I would argue that's what's occurring to a certain degree. They're being pushed by peers, parents, and teachers to be "special" like everyone else. Seeing classmates being love bombed when they "come out". The desire for attention and to fit in is what's driving this social contagion.

@@noturbusiness123 Censorship is never "correct". How correct was it during the pandemic? Rules you agree with because you agree with who's wielding power are rules used against you when opposition is in power.

It was supposed to be Blackie Lawless. At least he believed, and still does, in what he would have said. Unlike Dee who only did it because he was a target. He's been in support of censorship of things he doesn't agree with.

Most countries that were using this treatment model have stopped because it causes harm. It's not the best treatment and never was. Studies show without intervention 90% of cases resolve once puberty hits and out of those remaining the majority resolve once their brain fully develops. It's only about 10% of 10% that it carries beyond that and only about 30% of those are at any real risk of self deleting. With intervention the percentage that resolves drops to nearly zero.

Lizzy Borden was underage and planned and murdered her parents. Lots of "children" have. How many 14+ gang bangers have killed very young children in drive by murders? Should they be exempt because of their age or should it depend on their actions? They committed a heinous crime against society. Yes 13 year olds are capable of planning and carrying out the crime of murder. As stated, some children are more mature than their counterparts. That's why it's done on a case by case basis. Teenagers are fully aware they'll only face juvie if they commit crimes and that record will be sealed once they're adults. Edmund Kemper killed his grandparents at 15 and went on to become a prolific serial killer. He only faced juvie. So just because a psychopath that's already committing murders is a child they should be unleashed back into society at the age of 18 because that's what happens under juvenile law? As for that girl, it's strange you're capable of understanding she's in full control of her decisions, but wants to let the murderer (a much more serious crime against society) free because they're a child? Murder is handled differently because it's a much more serious crime than statutory r@pe. Edit: 16 is also the age of consent in many states. If what she does is so well known in the area, maybe men should stop sticking their privates in her and control themselves. It takes two to tango. They're doing it of their own free will fully aware of the possible consequences. So is your argument fully grown adult males isn't capable of controlling themselves around a 16 year old girl?
