@zunipus It's a private business not a person so it has no protections under the Bill of Rights. If it was the only social media platform you might have some type of point, but it's not. It's funny you choose right to privacy when Tiktok is actively collecting private information from citizens for a foreign power. They are violating the rights you're trying to claim for a business. Banning it is protecting user's privacy rights. How much did China pay for all you're idiotic posts?

@zunipus Yes they have. Not that long ago in fact. They defended their right to speak and assemble. They got a ton of backlash obviously. In 1978 and they defended a neo Nazi's right to burn down their headquarters in 1999 (I believe that was the year). I found that within 30 seconds of typing the question.

@OriginalBongoliath My oldest is the first year to be considered a Zoomer. He'll turn 22 in a few months. Millennials are not "in their 30s".
