  1. They should be prosecuted if there's anyway to do so. Acting like this being leaked is no big deal is terrifying. If every decision is going to be leaked during the discussion phase, then it's going to directly impact that discussion and drastically politicize the one branch that's supposed to be the least political. While I do celebrate the overturning of the one glaring example of the court legislating, this leak is troubling for law in the future. We've already got a law class from Stanford banned from clerking because they don't support free speech and now this proves previous graduates have been radicalized politically and are already clerking and even practicing. Once this group reaches higher levels the future of law looks bleak.
