  1. What? SCOTUS handles things that aren't expressly rights. Equal education isn't talked about at all in the Constitution, yet SCOTUS ruled. Somethings fall under the life, liberty, pursuit of happiness or fall under the umbrella of other rights. That's why the decision focused on property RIGHTS.

  2. Read Biden's plan. His policy writer keeps changing things because apparently he/she doesn't know the law. Last time I looked, he planned on jailing parents if their kid shot someone.

  4. Yes and he was chomping at the bit to take a couple of the 2A cases. He feels the Chicago decision hasn't been paid attention to by the states.
