  1. They can't beyond overturning their decisions. They have no enforcement arm. The Executive is supposed to be their enforcement, but it's refusing to do what it's supposed to.

  2. Restraining orders don't violate any of your rights. Technically neither does family court because there's no right to your child in the Constitution, though it might be in the state one. Those aren't equivalent to red flag laws which do violate a Constitutional right. Edit: That you're equating not being allowed to be near another person's body to the 2nd Amendment is telling. It's screaming that you violated someone else's right to privacy and aren't happy about it. You do have show a person is a credible threat to the individual to get one. It's usually through past police reports. Lots of them get turned down and never go before a judge because there's nothing but their word.

  3. The reason people don't get a speedy trial is because they agree to remove it. Most defense attorneys will advise it so they have time to build a proper defense and gather evidence and information. I still think there should be a limit because being in jail for years awaiting trial without being convicted isn't a good thing. It sees a lot of people sentenced to less than they've already served.
