  1. Musk going Republican really isn't surprising given how the Democrats have treated him. Forcing him to move to Texas during the lockdowns because California wouldn't let him operate his factories, not inviting him to a summit on electric vehicles, saying he doesn't pay taxes, etc. They use him like a whipping boy. He's also close with some of the most prominent Republican donors.
