@jizamurai Once he was attacked by the first guy that goes out the window. At that point it's self defense period. Trying to argue it isn't is like saying when I was in Memphis for a convention and was almost set upon by a group of "homeless" people I had no right to defend myself. Just like the ones trying to say he couldn't because he wasn't from there. Both arguments strip away a ton of self defense rights. Self defense only has to do with if you feared death or imminent harm. It has nothing to do with your location.
