  4. If the key doesn't specifically say the challenger, they only relate to the incumbent. Trump's economy isn't weighed in at all.

  5. He's not predicted who won before, and they changed his prediction to be for the popular vote. After he was wrong the first time I don't know why he's held up as never being wrong.
