Ahh that must be why I've seen all the news agencies running headlines that he's crazy. I was wondering what got them in such a tizzy.

@themadmattster9647 I'm pretty sure he means the cartels not your junkie dealing to feed their habit. He did release a lot of them at the federal level who got long sentences based on the 3 strike rule so turning around and executing them doesn't make sense. When he's talked about drugs it's always been in context of the cartels.

@nothanks3236 He's definitely a guy that delegates stuff. He's not as hands on as Obama but to be fair he was the most hands on in history. It didn't help that we learned he was being lied to as well. That's the great thing about a 2nd term. No worries about reelection so you can just go ham. I've always said you really don't know how they really are until their 2nd term.

@Juan-os4hs Like when we pulled all our hardware out, then Putin started threatening them and they begged us to put it back. The last load of tanks just made a U-turn.

@darlawrence9295 He said he only changed his mind during the pandemic. That seeing the Authotrainanism he'd advocated for in the past he realized it was wrong. Sorry, no. You either know it is or don't. Since it was implemented on something he passionately disagrees with, forced inoculation, he saw the error of his thinking. That means if it was something he agreed with he never would have thought twice about it and would have supported it. As for EPA regulations, there are incredibly too many. It's nearly impossible for new businesses to open and compete against established ones due to all the regulations. Some isn't bad, but when you have so much it massively decreases your economic freedom it's a problem. The regulations to just keep a horse are insane. No the government shouldn't be in the business of deciding who's allowed to operate a business and who isn't. What he's proposing is in the realm of actual fascism.

His positions haven't changed. Censorship wasn't even really a big issue until he won and then it escalated dramatically during the pandemic. 230 reform was on his agenda for his 2020 run. He also refused to sign a section of the Patriot Act until it was reworked so we weren't under nearly as much of the domestic spying as we had been. Biden signed it immediately. That had bipartisan support but not enough unfortunately. The wall has been on it since the beginning and he delivered once he was able to secure funding. I'll also say a President that listens to the people isn't a bad thing and is what the job is supposed to be.

He'd been denying inspectors for over a year before that as well. That was my beef. What's the point of the UN and treaties if they aren't willing to force compliance? It makes them completely useless which is why the League of Nations failed. He agreed to the terms of the treaty after the Gulf War and then refused to abide by it. Instant removal or we just look weak and feckless. Once he was removed we should have rebuilt and exited instead of continuing to fight. That's why I didn't support it past a couple of years.

You do understand the President doesn't have that authority right? They can want something all they like. Just like Biden wanted to take farms owned by white people and give them to black people. The President doesn't make the laws. The Executive branch only enforces them.

@yamiookami No he didn't. Fauci has been in that position since the AIDS epidemic. Those positions aren't appointed by the President. They're just like any job and are based on promotions. There's large sections of the government that function like that where people are in their positions through multiple administrations. That's why it's called the deep state. It's employees that are in powerful positions that aren't appointments.

RFK hates Trump. His book about Fauci spent the first half complaining about Trump and doing the Republican bad partisan bs.

I think the second thing will happen if any Republican gets elected. I've seen people even say they won't vote for him because they're worried about violence. That's great. They bow to the terrorists, because that's what it is, instead of pushing back against them. That mentality has me very concerned for our future.

@GLOW_IN_THE_DARK_CIA_NIBBAS Then why hasn't Russia attacked a NATO country? Surely it would be easy since they're so weak right?
