  3. Postponed indefinitely. There is still one case at the Supreme Court that is tied to this case. If it was dismissed that case would go away. It's something that needs to be answered going forward. This needs to prevented from occurring again.

  4. Given that the judge over her misconduct case used to work for/with her and they had been friends for years is why the appeal went through. He never should have been over that case to begin with.

  5. Law school is just the ability to regurgitate information. Same for the BAR. Also, just because you specialize in a field of law in school, that doesn't mean it's the one you end up practicing in. Licensing isn't based on specialization like, say, medicine is. A lot burns out of contract law and then goes into defense or family law. Edit: Prosecutors get a lot of favorable treatment by judges. They can be reprimanded multiple times, but the judge never files a formal complaint. Unlike defense attorneys, which will have formal complaints if they step out of line.

  6. It seems as though a lot of the population has forgotten that the intelligence agencies work FOR and under the President. Even those agencies themselves seem to have forgotten. Anything in the Executive branch falls under the purview of the president. That's why Congress has oversight.

  7. It's official. The judge has postponed the case indefinitely due to the evidence being tampered with, some of it false, and chain custody not being maintained.

  8. Both actually. Some documents were found to be falsified, tampered with, and there was no chain of custody which allowed for the tampering.
