  1. What was he charged with? Sorry but that's some crap information to ask anyone to make a real judgment call on. You only provided enough to illicit an emotional response, which I'd wager is intentional. Since most of the actual violence occurred outside the Capital, it doesn't require someone going inside to be charged with something. Obviously it was more than trespassing. Edit: He obviously admitted to a crime. Would you call it being convicted on speech if it's someone confessing to their friend they murdered someone? Of course not. I don't like manipulation no matter what side of the aisle it comes from. If he committed violence he should be held accountable. The only people that shouldn't be being put on trial is the people who didn't participate in the violence and only walked into the Capital through the doors.

  3. So I read about it. He's a 3 percenter which is the only group that conspired to do what happened. He was also the only one armed. So he faced multiple charges including illegal possession of a firearm. The 3 percenters aren't just any milita either. They've helped Antifa on multiple occasions. They want to start a revolution just like Antifa. They deserve what they get.
