  2. I agree. It's no different than that decision by the Supreme Court. That didn't stop the baker from being sued again. This is about a Colorado law though that they put in after that case. So it'll be found unconstitutional and violation of the 1st Amendment. Edit: I'm assuming the law was to get around the exception for small and private businesses that the courts have upheld.

  3. That's because at that point, it comes down to individual rights. It's the point two individuals rights intersect and conflict. That's when it boils down to my rights end where yours begin.
