@johngenericlastname9781 Yes because a prenuptial isn't a thing to protect both parties from what you're talking about. I've been married for 23 years and very much love my husband and he loves me. The problem is that you clearly don't take the commitment seriously so you're right, you shouldn't get married. You also aren't an authority on marriage, how to make one last, or even how to care for anyone more than yourself. Yet, here you are, giving out advice no one asked for because you're bitter shell who doesn't believe anyone should try to achieve a happiness you can't.

@johngenericlastname9781 Then you don't know law. A prenup is only thrown out if one side doesn't have legal representation or can show it was signed under duress. They supersede state law in determining the split up of assets and don't expire unless their is a sunset clause (specific time for the marriage to last), death, or divorce. That was a great and well thought out rebuttal by the way.
