  1. Biden already laid the groundwork for those claims after the midterms in his half the country is the enemy speech. There's been some other comments he's made since then too. He said the elections aren't free and fair because his voting act hasn't been passed. That MAGA has taken over election committees and are going to cheat. Basically he's been saying if everything isn't controlled by them then it's illegitimate which is insane.
