  1. Yet, we didn't have any major problems. I don't care who it is as long as they do their job. She ran a shipping company so would have a higher understanding of transportation concerns than someone that served one term as the mayor of a small town. I don't care that she's Chinese either. A lot of families fled China because of Communism just like a lot of Cubans and Venezuelans do. Being from another country doesn't equal that person being a spy.

  2. There are still air traffic controllers. It's the system that sends out weather warnings and stuff to all flights. That's much more efficient than sending a single message to hundreds of planes individually. That would take far too long and risk flights getting too close to the danger before they get the message. All planes still have radios and are in constant contact with air traffic controllers. Did you really think everything was automated?

  3. I would imagine there's an overlap in the systems since there's a lot of travel between the two countries and Alaska would be in a mess if there wasn't. Canada piggybacks on a lot of US stuff and so does Mexico.
