@killtyrant Because they both can't be grifts somehow? You also missed the point. He didn't have the money to fix all 3 cars, but knew he could milk his audience for it. Is fixing 3 cars at the same time a necessity like paying the electric bill, rent, or buying food? No. Fixing one maybe, but not 3. Phil was always begging for money and he'd tell you why, but he's still a grifter. If you're begging for money 90% of your steam, what have you done to entertain your audience to earn it?
