@ulrickts This is what concerns me. Women and men get different diseases based off of genetics as well as hormones and organs. So when they put female but are biologically male, their care is greatly impacted as doctors will look at certain symptoms differently depending on their biological sex. It potentially will also screw up studies.

My son is a cross dresser. His friends almost convinced him he was trans. I asked him if he didn't want to have a penis. He said he didn't feel one way or the other. I told him he's not trans then. I had to explain to him that he's just a cross dresser then and explain what that was. Rupaul has come under fire because he doesn't allow people in transition to be on his Drag Race show. Even he knows the difference and acknowledges it.
