  1. It depends on the school and how they’re set up from the state to the district. My son was invited to go to a charter school. Admission was invitation only based on teacher recommendation and grade average.

  3. This appears to be a generational thing. There’s been a huge decrease in IQ so just blaming legislators or schools isn’t going to address the underlying issues. This is the first time in recorded history we’re seeing a decline like this and it’s across the board not just some areas. You can’t educate someone beyond the level they’re able to learn and that level has dropped.

  4. I don’t know what list you’re looking at but the 3 I found has the US ranked 1. Followed by UK, Germany, and Canada.
