  1. In talking to people near Ukraine, it's my understanding that Ukraine has the more accurate numbers. They have put up a website listing the names, if they can identify them, for Russian mothers to check for their sons. They are also allowing the POWs, at least that surrender, to phone their mothers in Russia so they know they are alive. Many of the troops they've encountered only had 3 days worth of food so they are hungry.
