  1. Not everyone that took out loans graduated. The government has that information since they gave out the loans.

  2. That just shows how well they got educated by those universities. It was just going to be removed from their account. Did they really think the government was going to mail out $10,000? I will get $ 17,000+ from the government (if it's not eaten up by owing on them) for purchasing solar panels that it's my choice what to do with, but that's because the government didn't give me the loan for them.
