  1.  @chris5942  Whataboutism. Nobody's denying that. So since DeSantis is also engaged in it and you're defending it, you're also fine with Biden engaging in it or you're a hypocrite. Saying it's wrong for one but ignoring it because it's your guy is no different than Democrats and still results in a political prosecution scenario.

  2. What's funny about all this is that now that the precedent of not prosecuting former Presidents has been broken, that means Biden and his family can now face full prosecution. It's a repeating pattern with Democrats. They'll do stuff like this with zero forethought of how it's going to be used against them later. Just like lowering the votes for federal appointments has. It's like it never occurs to them that they won't always be the ones in power.

  3. Obama prosecuted more whistleblowers than any previous administration. I'm not sure if this one has topped it yet, but Obama did have 8 years.
