Everyone will be watching. This will likely be one of the most watched debates in recent history. Biden hasn't debated since 2019. That's the last time he answered a question in a format he could make a mistake.

It's not even that it's news. It's a presidential debate which puts it in the realm of public interest. There are strict rules when it comes to how much time each candidate is given airtime on TV, but a presidential debate isn't available to the public. I say this because CNN is not a free channel.

Everyone is worried about him having an earpiece. He barely can function with a giant teleprompter. All it takes is the person in his ear to get frustrated and there's no telling what will come out of his mouth.

That's not the reason for a public debate. In a public debate, both sides aren't going to change their minds. You're convincing the audience that your ideas are the best ones. Opening and closing arguments in a trial are a debate. Are you trying to say the defense is trying to persuade the prosecutor and the prosecutor the defense? Edit: The two candidates aren't trying to convince the other one they should be president. They're trying to convince you.

There usually is one. It's to keep it on schedule and on track. It's just usually only used when a candidate goes way beyond their time. How often they use it will be what shows the bias.

No way. Biden has had to give the same State of Union address every year to keep from confusing him. If they mute Trump at an important point, it'll only garner him sympathy and justify the claims they're suppressing him. The more they suppress him, the more POC will identify with him. Just like all these cases, it'll backfire.

Why not? Do you think he was going to get Biden on a stage for 2 hours any other way? He won last time, totally fair election, by staying out of the public eye and not debating. There's a reason he doesn't do press conferences like every other president has done. He makes a quick statement , takes no questions, and wanders off the stage. He still messes that up half the time. Just like they thought all these indictments would tank him, this isn't going to look how they think.

Only people with their heads completely buried in the sand don't know that's the case. That was uncovered when Hillary was running. CNN has publicly stated they get their news discussions handed to them by Biden's team.

The hope is that it will be very evident. That's it's obvious and clearly one-sided. Then when Biden screws up, and he will, it'll be undeniable.

I see people complain in multiple comment sections on here that the person is erasing their comments when it's YouTube doing it. I'm constantly in time out by YouTube for wrong thinking.
