@erikjimenez8671 Everything Biden has tried to push that gives one race funds has been shot down by the courts as against the Civil Rights Act. An example is when he was trying to give black people farmland for free. The Japanese internment camps were 80 years ago, before the Civil Rights Act. They were also compensated and apologized to afterwards. Not shouting fire in a crowded theater comes from a SCOTUS decision about jailing someone for speaking out against a war during wartime and has been overturned. Pick stuff that's happened recently in regards to SCOTUS or at least something that hasn't since been overturned. Then maybe you'll have an actual point instead of just looking ignorant at best, or just outright lying at worst. Edit: You don't even see the irony of talking about the Japanese internment camps and the government giving people money for things that happened in the past together in your last sentence. You're complaining about a wrong done in the past while also complaining that they'll be compensated for it in the future.
