@forceghostburtreynolds It's not one. They've been free to go to the West Bank. Just because you're not allowed into someone else's country doesn't make where you've chosen to be a prison. Israel doesn't surround the Gaza strip. There are at least 2 other countries connected to it, but keep ignoring that because it doesn't fit the narrative. Edit: So when someone gets deported back to their country is the US putting them in a "concentration camp"? It's a ridiculous premise.

@sarahg2653 Netanyahu wasn't in power then. They gave money to both political parties. More to the PLO. Just like companies donate to both. They didn't create them because they already were a political party in the West Bank. It's a common practice in hope that whichever party gets elected they'll feel slightly indebted to you. Stop acting like it's something sinister and isn't a common practice all over the world. They did not know that Hamas would become the more violent. Since both parties run on the elimination of them from "ocean to the sea" (which means globally), there was no way to know that.

This is a misleading title. "Palestine" isn't just the Gaza strip. In fact that hadn't been a part of it until 2005. The West Bank, where most of them live outside Jordan, isn't being attacked and is still there. So yes it does still exist. The area controlled by Hamas may not, but the area controlled by the PLO still does. An area previously belonging to Israel is back under Israeli control. That's it. The buffer zone the UN attempted to establish failed.

@HeumundLothenbrugh No because all those cases came with declarations and a great deal of warning. Terrorist attacks don't or they aren't a terrorist attack. There's a definition for it, even if you choose to ignore it. No what Israel has been doing doesn't fit the definition either. Again, they'll warn them to back off if they're too close to the wall. That area belonged to Israel until 2005 which is where all the infrastructure came form. That's why the electricity comes from it. The UN forced Israel to leave it, even though they'd controlled it for a few decades. The UN was attempting to create a buffer zone between Palestinians and Israel. Palestinians immediately moved into the area, funny nobody tried to make them not, and elected Hamas which is still who the region overwhelmingly supports. Palestinians have rejected a 2 state solution multiple times. They are who doesn't want it stop. At that point, you've forfeited any claim to victimhood. The very idea that any country that's created it's borders through war should have to give it up and cease to exist is the same idea that the US should be given back to my people and everyone else leave. If I don't support that and think it's stupid, I'm consistent in my thinking when it comes to this unlike a lot of people.
