@a.h.lazure2346 We're already in a civil war. The problem is people think it will be like the last one so they don't realize it. Instead of thinking that it has to have boots on the ground military intervention, think along the lines of the Troubles. You can even argue it's already hot given the number of deaths this past year to political violence. It's called 4th or 5th generation warfare and we're neck deep in it.
