  3. That's not more to the story. He was still removed several times over the flag. The teacher and parent both acknowledged that fact. There was even a response from the School board when she petitioned them about it. They cited a statement from a case involving it and a post office worker. The finding of that investigation was it couldn't be verified to be associated with supremacist groups so undetermined. Throwing that possiblity into the mix as some sort of justification for their actions is called a deflection. A bait and switch. "Well he did have these other patches" is irrelevant to what was happening then. I'll put out given that patch the other one was likely the "Come and take it" Texas cannon that was made about their fight for independence. So not a "gun" patch, but another flag that embodies the American fight for freedom. Edit: I don't know where these claims are coming from, but if it's from the school it's difficult to believe they have any idea what anything else he was wearing signifies since they did that over the Don't Tread on me flag.
