@fraserfir19 Meanwhile we had Presidents like Theodore Roosevelt who worked hard to be perceived by the public like Trump is, more like a regular person, rather than an elite because he knew he'd never get elected if he didn't. How times change. Jackson was similar as well and there were many others too. The US being more prominent on the world stage is the only reason we set those types of standards now on the President. This idea that they should be looked at like royalty is against everything this country was built on. Edit: Our politicians used to duel and get in brawls.

The Secret Service is part of the FBI and should absolutely exist. Things within the FBI like that should continue. The fact we have 17 intelligence agencies is a huge problem because they all ars trying to justify their funding.
