@josedorsaith5261 No. Epstein was convicted in Florida and would have been convicted just like his partner was. Both times he was arrested, he was charged and one ended in a conviction and the other would have too. Tate has been held twice, never officially charged with anything, and released. Edit: You aren't officially charged until you go before the judge. Your initial arrest is on suspected charges. Even with a warrant arrest. That just means a judge believes there's enough evidence that another judge will charge you. The other judge could not agree, but it's unlikely.

Nobody coerced those people to r@pe children. The information is probably being used as leverage to blackmail favors, but nobody tricked them into committing the crimes they committed. It wasn't a secret what Epstein did since he'd already been convicted once. Edit: Coercion means they were tricked by police or the government to commit the crimes they're being accused of and is a solid defense to claim entrapment on. That you are insinuating his clients are innocent is disgusting.
