  1. Should have been. Unfortunately 2020 saw record votes for each candidate. All due to mass mail in ballots. One thing it showed is there's a lot of people who are registered to vote that can't be bothered to and that ballot harvesting isn't a good thing. With mail in voting, enthusiasm means nothing. It's enthusiasm that makes people get up and go vote.
