  2. I don't think he was that far gone. There was definitely some sun downing going on and due to it, he probably legally couldn't make decisions. It was no where near the level Biden is. Reagan still had great moments. Like his speech at the Berlin wall. His handlers wanted to remove the "tear down this wall" because they thought it was too inflammatory. It was even removed, but Reagan made them put it back in.

  3. He can be removed using the 25th Amendment. However, then we'll be stuck with Kamala because she's next in line. She's less popular than Biden. There would be no way to remove her except impeachment, which can't be done unless she commits a crime.
