  2. Because it doesn't belong to the US. It's Iranian funds that were frozen in an Iranian bank account decades ago. Just like there are currently Russian funds frozen in US bank accounts because of sanctions.

  4. Iran's government have been bad actors since they took power. That's never needed a nuanced take or was debated. Or were you not aware the Biden administration giving Iran was the topic of the video because you didn't watch it? Nothing was said nuanced about what you're claiming.
