@npcknuckles5887 That's been explained repeatedly. Low tariffs, yes. The trick is to make them high enough that it's way more beneficial to create a plant in the US to avoid them. Thus increasing good paying jobs and corporate taxes. That's what China does. It's why so many companies have a plant there. They don't allow them to sell their products there without one. It's not free trade if we're paying tariffs and they aren't. Edit: They also raise the price on foreign goods making US produced good competitive which tend to be better quality and longer lasting, saving you money in the long run. This aversion to short-term pain for long-term gain is odd. If you change jobs because the maximum pay is way higher, you're going to start back at the bottom making less for a couple of years. In the long-term though you're going to be way better off. I guess people like you just stay where you are rather than improve your situation.

The federal government has nothing to do with that. That's your local government. Just like you pay income taxes to the federal government and then the state. Or pay sales tax which goes to the state. An important part of civics is knowing which government is over what.

I think Tulsi and RFK joining him made a big difference to Rogan. He admires both of them and them joining Trump's incoming administration pushed Rogan to do it. It's a huge signal this isn't going to be your typical do nothing administration.

Take that up with your local government. That's who does it. Not the federal government because you don't live on federal land. Edit: This is at least the 2nd comment on this. Seriously people! Learn basic civics. You're local and state governments are who you have the most control over, but people focus on federal elections for some stupid reason.

I always figured the vibrations would interfere with migrations. It's not rocket science to predict that. I figured they were smart enough to judge where to place them with that in mind. Nope. I should have expected nothing less. They're messing up bird migration too because birds use the wind patterns to their benefit when migrating. It's ended up with a lot of dead birds which are necessary for pollination.

She's there campaigning for Democrat on the ballot and the abortion measure. As the presidential candidate, that's as much part of the job as campaigning for herself. It's one of the reasons they dumped Biden. He couldn't do it and was hurting the candidates down ballot.

I don't think fish migration and bird migration is a red herring. These are crucial to our survival. I've never understood the green energy being a means of saving the environment anyway when they're so incredibly much more directly destructive to it. We've spent decades learning to decrease the impact of every other energy we use. Then to push ones that are a step backwards in that destruction is insane.
